Falcon Defence, part of Falcon Group, has announced its entry into the Romanian market with an integrated production platform for energetic materials and artillery ammunition.
The programme is supported by binding contracts worth EUR 253 million for deliveries during 2026, and is positioned to serve EU and NATO-aligned supply chains from a Romanian industrial base.
For the holding company, this represents the Group’s first large-scale industrial commitment in Europe: capital, ownership and oversight are provided at Group level, while delivery remains the responsibility of Falcon Defence SRL in Romania.
Figures reflect publicly announced contract values of Falcon Defence. Operating activities, licences and authorisations belong to the relevant Group entity.
